Paw Commons Pet Resorts serving Southern California and Arizona. A fun project for us, we setup the televisions, surveillance cameras and the Network for 4 out of the 5 locations. I hear another one will be coming soon to Phoenix. Be on the look out, great people, great service your pet will be in good hands.
This was one of the most challenging and customized projects we have done to date. We used the RTI control system to integrate the clients audio/video onto a custom interface. Using the IPad we were able to control three zones of Sonos audio, three televisions, one surround sound system and much more. For example we gave the clients links to National Parks and restaurants in each State. At a click of a button they can find a place to rest over night or stop in to grab a bite to eat.

Absolutely fantastic. We had a tough job — mounting a TV into a large river rock fireplace. Can’t say enough about the quality, extra effort and cleanliness of the work. The TV Looks AWESOME. Cal Connections was priced better than their competitors and did fantastic work. They took a job best buy would not do because the geek squad said it was “too hard”.
During my shopping around, I was especially surprised how some other companies quoted one price (even after looking at pictures and being cautioned about the job) and then when they got to the house to do the install jacked the price up 300% (500 install went to over 2000!). Unbelievable. Mateo quoted a price and held to it.
The other thing I like is that he gave recommendations on the best way to install a TV for the best price. In our bedroom, we were going to mount the TV before the “fireplace remodel”. Mateo recommended waiting so that we can run the cables better. I was especially impressed by that since he wasn’t trying to “just make income”.
They were on time, exceptionally professional and best quality. I can’t recommend them enough.

This installation was under the clients staircase, she wanted us to move the wires from the front to the back and wire up a surround sound theater in the family room, Network connections, Sonos home audio in four rooms and reconnect her existing surveillance camera system in the AV rack, with monitor mounted above. Being under the staircase all lumber was load bearing, so we had to frame up a small wall in front of the existing to run wires, but still leave enough room to slide the AV rack back into place. Not an easy task but the client was amazed with the results.

With the correct wiring you can do all the things you see in today’s modern homes…for example surveillance cameras around the perimeter of the home viewed from your phone, in-ceiling speakers in the kitchen or living room playing your favorite music while entertaining guesses, Ethernet cables ran to each television for streaming video so you don’t have buffering issues, in larger homes you would need Ethernet cables throughout the home for wireless access points to get the wi-fi coverage and speeds you need. All these technologies are also great for resale of your home, buyers are looking for these comforts in a new home today and into the future as well.
